Anderson Construction Co. is one of the best general contractors. They build good, luxury homes and handle build-outs. They are professional, thorough, communicative, and very knowledgeable. They guide clients through the process every step of the way. The work is fantastic, dependable, and meticulous. Communication is always open and prompt. Each stage is confirmed, and questions are addressed immediately. They do an outstanding job and make stressful situations easier. They are highly recommended.

As an architect practicing in the panhandle of Florida that has been involved in multiple commercial and residential projects during my career, I correspond with general contractors all the time and I've worked with Anderson Construction Company for many years on various projects. In fact, I used them for one of my own personal projects which was the renovation of a 114-year-old historic residence located in the St. Andrews area of Panama City. The project was the recipient of two historic preservation awards and a large part of receiving the awards was relying on the expertise provided by Anderson Construction Company.
