Sammy, a very knowledgeable Advantage HPE guy came to address issues with my air condenser; I must say polite and knowledgeable. Sammy left me with helpful tips that left me a bit more empowered. Advantage you have a gem in this representative. Well done Sammy and thank you.
Speechless in how quickly they were able to get us taken care of!
Messaged them late last night and Brittany called me right away this morning to get me on schedule. Within 2 hours, Dio showed up and solved my issue! Clogged dryer duct at roof. Simple, yes but they were great!
Highly recommend!
Matt Scott came out the same day and diagnosed our HVAC problem, provided a quote that day and came back the next day to fix the problem. He was polite, friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done. Appreciate the prompt service because we had water coming out from under the baseboard.
