While here in PCB I lost one of my contacts and didn’t have a backup pair for the rest of the week I was here, after my home eye doctor sent over my prescription Walmart vision center was able to get me a backup pair simply by calling and walking in. The staff was kind and understanding and helped me on the spot, they saved my vacation and ability to see during it. Thank you all again so much!
What a great team they've got here. Dr. Pike and the store staff are incredibly helpful, explain everything, and why. Shopping for glasses? I've been wearing glasses for almost 50 yrs, and learned several things about fitment and sizing today, no one ever told me. A lot of questions and answers made sense. Don't sweat the long lead time on your appt date... Yes, the Dr. is that good. Put your name on the call/cancel list, save their phone # as a Contact... Then answer it when they call you. You'll probably end up going in MUCH earlier than your original appt date. Me? Scheduled 5 wks out, got a call in 3 days!
I was in PCB on a holiday vacation, unfortunatley lost a contact lens and immediately called the vision center. They were EXTREMELY helpful and were able to help me get another lens. Needless to say, they helped save some anquish on my trip. Very nice and helpful staff!!!!!
