I am so happy to finally have a Pulmonary Dr. Here in Panama City Beach who really cares, at the new TMH and is very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Phillips listens to what, I, as his patient, tell him about my pulmonary problems and I just feel lucky to have him as my new Pulmonologist.

Excellent staff and I was happy to reconnect with Dr. Phillips. He had me back on track immediately. I can’t thank him enough for OTC med and RX. I noticed improvement immediately.

Dr Phillips is amazing. Very caring, listen to my husband and told him info he had never been told in 9 years we have been having lung issues. We were not rushed at anytime. Dr Phillips is great physician and does care about his patients. What an asset to Panama City Beach and Bay County !!!
