Our HVAC unit finally went out in July of 2024. Quinceys was recommended to us . After calling them they were quickly there an replaced our unit. Our condo is a rental an they have worked with us to do regular maintenance and have worked with us to get maintenance done when no one was there so as not to inconvenience any rentors. They have been an excellent recommendation for us
I would like to take a moment to let Keith Walker, the owner of Qunicy's and the staff know how much I appreciate the great service that they do for me. I have had Quincy's install 3 HVAC systems and they do all the maintenance on 4 systems. Their prices are better than many other companies in the area. But price is not the only factor. Just last night a guest contacted me that the A/C was not working. Keith had his service team respond after 10:00pm and had my A/C running in no time. The guest was very happy and that means a lot to everyone. Thank you Keith and all your staff for wonderful customer service and installation work!!
Several years ago, Quincy's solvef a serious problem that I had with my air conditioner by thinking outside of the box. They installed mini splits in my home because the conduits under the house no longer held and the silt had filled in the crawl space. I am extremely happy with the mini splits and also Quincy's work. I highly recommend them.
