Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that support overall wellness. The reviews reflect a generally positive experience at this location. Many clients praised the skilled massage therapists, especially highlighting a deep tissue session that was described as outstanding. One client appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of the establishment, noting they felt comfortable and well taken care of during their couples massage. A first-time visitor found the online booking process easy and was very satisfied with the massage provided by Vivian, who ensured comfort throughout. Another customer had a massage with Mary Ann, who was noted for her knowledge of human anatomy and excellent therapy, leaving the client feeling great and highly recommending her. Despite some comments about a receptionist needing better social skills, overall, the staff and therapists contributed to a relaxing and welcoming environment. Massage Envy aims to provide a calming experience, and with continued attention to operational details, it can enhance customer satisfaction further.
Kensey did a fantastic job on the massage she gave me. I have serious neck and shoulder pain due to a couple of conditions and she absolutely knew what and where I needed the focus to be. I left feeling better than I had in years. Kensey is amazing and makes you feel completely relaxed and at ease. She’s super sweet. Melissa, the manager, paired us up and I’m so glad she did! Melissa is also very kind and helpful. Big shout out and thank you to both of these ladies for a wonderful appointment.

I booked a last-minute appointment today with Tristan. He was an excellent therapist! He applied just the right amount of pressure to make me fall asleep. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be a customer of his.

Jennifer was great. She knew exactly what I needed. My only problem was the appointment time. I had set up an appointment on line and somehow it didn’t go through so my appointment was an hour later than I expected.
