Very clean store, and many shops around it at the pier. The staff was excellent, very knowledgeable, and knew where all the items I were looking for we're located in the store.

Definitely not the Penney's I grew up doing my school shopping at with my mom. It was in competition with Lazarus (now Macy's) They had everything. I bought all my bras and jeans there as well as all my shoes. They used to be the place to go to for homecoming and prom dresses, now they have pretty much nothing. I don't know what's happened to this place, it's almost like they are about to go out of business. I even remember going to the salon in the Penney's back in Ohio go get a haircut. Very sad to see a great place go down hill. Hopefully they get it back in order like it used to be.

No complaints... I'd return if in the area.JCP is definitely not what it used to be. I'm not sure they made a change for the better, but I do remember the pricing being more reasonable back in the day compared to present day.Nevertheless, I like this location. The workers are pretty much here and there, but there is always someone around if case you need assistance.
