Dr. Pete has been through so many of our dogs’ life experiences including raccoon interactions, bad reaction to anesthesia, ear hematomas, surgeries, snake attacks, skin issues etc. He is always caring, thorough, thoughtful and a wealth of knowledge. We appreciate Dr. Pete and the entire staff. Great people! We have been clients for about 8 years! We miss Doc Carsen too. She and Dr. Norm’s wife Christine came to do in home euthanasia for Lola, my soul Weimaraner a couple of years ago. One of the hardest days of my life, and those two women made it as pleasant as possible for Lola. The most compassionate clinic in every way - starting at the front desk.

After moving form Charleston to South Walton during Covid, I consulted two established vet practices within 4 miles of our home and was disappointed to find curbside protocol continued post-vaccine. Waiting area, exam rooms and most importantly, meeting a prospective vet is a hands on process and not great through a car window or post exam phone call. I found the basic pricing for dental cleaning twice the rate of metro areas i.e. Houston and New Orleans. Five stars is not enough stars. I had a dental emergency and was referred from my regular vet to them. Everyone was absolutely outstanding. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond and was the utmost professional. I am typing this with tears because I was so nervous about my senior dog having a surgery. She did absolutely great and I am SHOCKED at the price. I was expecting to pay triple what I paid. I can not thank this practice enough. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Lady.
