We are snowbirds in FL for 9 weeks this winter. Dr. Norm saw Sydney about 4-5 years ago for some itching. She is 15 now and had a seizure. I called the clinic in a panic. They squeezed us in. Saw Sydney. She is fine now. They followed up with us the day after her "emergency". Most human hospitals don't do that! Dr. Norm's is the best!!!

I love the staff and doctors at this place because you treat my baby animals like they are yours. I will always come back here and refer my friends and family to bring their animals here as well.

We were traveling through the area when our baby, Bruce the PitBull, needed surgery. Dr. Norms made a next day appointment and performed surgery three days later. Dr. Carsen did a beautiful job, and Bruce is back to his old self. The staff was very accommodating because we were traveling in a motorhome and the price was super good.One suggestion would be to answer your phone. We wound up having to text to request a call back. And constantly texting instead of speaking to someone. Also the information gathering app on the internet either doesn't work or no one looks at it so we had to fill out the information again when we got to the office.
