I was selling my home and had two contracts fall through due to the buyers financing, not due to the homes condition. Both previous buyers had separate home inspections by two different local inspectors. Neither report had any major issue. The third and final buyer hired Cardinal Home Inspection who found several major issues that actually cost me over $12,000 to repair for the buyer. I had no idea they were there and the other two inspectors missed them completely. Steve did my inspection and was very friendly and professional (on time too). He showed me things I would have never would have thought to look for myself. It was by far the most in-depth inspection I’ve ever had. He also has some incredible tech (gadgets) that I didn’t know existed. Very cool. Thanks for everything!!!
