Nurses were amazing….doctor amazing
But receptionist was nice, but she tried to say she didn’t tell us we HAD to wear a mask…but before arriving she said before coming in wear a mask or ask for one. As customers….when that statement is made it’s saying u have to wear a mask but to be told that’s not what she said. Idk how else to take that. My mother in law was struggling with the mask on. The nurse came out with some water and seen distress and that she was struggling and asked her to lower her mask…..doesn’t sound good when you try to say you weren’t made to wear a mask…like I was a liar.
My mother was told to wear a mask from the mean office lady Karen (fits her well). All while she couldn't breath! Candice told us she didnt have to wear it cause of my moms respiratory distress but then lied and said we weren't forced to wear one. Thank you Candice for helping us and being so well educated! We will be back. Not for Karen though! Candice, kelly and Donna for the WIN!!
They're super sweet, fast, efficient, friendly, funny even though i was in panic over a blocked ear canal they quickly had me seen and was out in an hour feeling so much better and happier thank you i was out of state from Kentucky and never used immediate care before. I highly recommend going here over anywhere far away if you're at the beach and encounter an emergency! THANK you for the relief.
