Great experience. My therapist was friendly and did a wonderful job.
I visit here monthly and the therapists are always friendly and professional. They always listen to my needs and provide the proper therapy to take care of my aches and pains. I don't understand why some people complain and keep coming back to complain again. I've never had any of these issues. I've never been shorted on time. Everyone has always been courteous. I've always gotten a high quality therapeutic massage.
Went here today. Asked for a 90 minute massage. The girl (Cindy) set me up. It turned out to be a fair massage. Only problem was Cindy was very cold. Not accommodating at all. On top of that she left numerous times to answer the door and phone. Very unprofessional. I would gladly discuss these issues with management if they want to reply.
Tried this spa again today. I was hoping they had new talent as they did. I got a woman who said her name was Tina. Asked for 1 Hr massage. Got 50 minutes not too bad but the massage was far from great and she had as bad an attitude as the previous woman. My suggestion is to try a different spa.
On vacation and had a couples massage. We loved our experience! My partner is a heavy lifter and weight trains 5 days a week so he usually needs a massage for athletes, and he said that their massage was the best he ever had! Asian massage techniques did the trick. I was extremely relaxed and impressed with my massage as well. She knew exactly where my muscles were tense and massaged them out well with medium pressure as I requested. Would definitely go back again!
