The Ace Handyman fellow showed up on time (even 5 minutes early!). I had a long list of little and big things that needed to be done. He methodically went through the list, ran a quick errand to get a new piece for one of the downspouts and assured me of several concerns I had with the irrigation system and the gutters. He took care of some mud dobber nest while he was outside that I had not seen. I feel quite well taken care of. Thanks.
