Excellent services. I originally started with the Sarasota office. Dr. Carlow did a total treatment plan. When the Sarasota office no longer accepted my insurance since they changed ownership they referred me to Genesis Dental in the Palmetto office. Dr. Berry at their office did a total exam and said exactly the same as Dr. Carlow in Sarasota. That made me feel so reassured I had 2 Doctors recommend the best overall treatment for me. They are experienced Dental Physicians in their field. Right from the get go their office reconfirmed my insurance coverage. Very professional and proficient. Staff is very friendly! Malaina will take care of you! Just renovated inside and looks like a new office. Docs are very nice too. A little wait at times but I've seen longer at other offices!

Oh my goodness !! I was in sooo much pain and couldn’t find anyone that excepted my insurance or was too busy to take on an emergency new patient. Three or four offices said they could work me in in a couple of weeks! A young lady took mercy on me and worked me in Thank God!!! The staff was nice and professional but the dentist but sent from heaven and I will forever be grateful!!!!!!
