I had the opportunity to use Dale several years ago with amazing results every time we called. Now that I'm back in the area with recent need for service was again surprised by his expertise and fairness.

I called Dale on Saturday morning to help an elderly neighbor with her air condition. He returned my call within a few minutes and said that he would work her into his schedule. Not only did he try to reach me several times (my voicemail was not working) he came to the house unannounced when I did not return his calls. Long story short, Dale came on Sunday and spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem.
