We worked with Mike at Coldstream who carefully inspected our existing roof and explained the issues he found. He reviewed potential solutions and provided his recommendations. He and his company provided a very competitive quote, were easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the process. If we had another roof to fix, they are the only ones we would call!
