Very transparent and proactive, a very people-first business. Brandon called me right away after I reached out at 7p for a kaput A/C, Micah came on-call and was super helpful and transparent as he diagnosed, Rosie was very proactive in keeping me posted on parts, went through options again with Brandon, and both Tom and Clay were very congenial and efficient on the new install. Everyone I spoke with in the company had great vibes and it shows up in the service and value.

Josh came out today to install my Tesla Wall Connector and he did an outstanding job. Really cool guy to hang with and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Would highly recammend!
