10/10. I tried my first yoga class this evening and I wasn’t too sure what I was in for but it was amazing. I did Restorative Yoga with Gretchen. She was phenomenal. From her soft and soothing voice, her knowledge, her wisdom and letting us know how we could change every pose to fit our journey- it was a perfect first experience. Thank you for having the virtual options. I will be back!
