Updated rating: The company reached out, possibly after the original review was posted, and offered to schedule an inspection for repair. Went ahead and did this and the person did a fine job diagnosing a new leak. There was some issue afterward confirming a date for repair and I had to follow up to set that up. However, once here the crew did a very good job repairing the leak and actually identified another spot that needed work. The follow through on this second job went smoothly, and the crew on that job did great work including coming back the same day after rain interrupted their work.
