Jennifer Chaves was punctual, so friendly, and so easy to work with. I definitely did push her beyond the original/typical style and she was very receptive and gave me just what I wanted! And as I am a newcomer to Miami, she also gave me some tips about local beaches which I super appreciated. The space is also very cute. She designed it very beautifully. The brow wax cost $15 before tip. Also, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I used the website to find her number and texted her to create the appointment. It was my first time getting lash extensions and Jen made me feel very comfortable. I have since been back several times and will keep returning. The salon is cute and clean and she is always on time for my appointment. Jen is very gentle and does a fantastic job. Also priced way better than a lot of competitors.
