I don't know how anybody can give this guy five stars! He doesn't even deserve one! I only gave him one star because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post this review. :-( Recently, he came over to my friend's house to investigate a leak. He charged him $350.00 for a SURVEY! That's right! $350.00!!! That is not only outrageous but the lowest form of pricing gouging that I've ever seen! This guy clearly RIPPED my friend off! If this supposed 'leak detector' had any sense of decency, he would return the money for not having done anything except write some bogus work that needed to be done. Kenny has always found the "hidden leak" that would otherwise cost a bundle in water bills...sorry WASA, but my clients don't want to supply your Christmas bonus!! ??

6/4/19 We came home from a vacation to discover we had a leak, verified by a recent water bill. Ken came out promptly. He was courteous and extremely knowledgable. He found the source of the leak within 15 minutes. He then spent time explaining how it should be repaired and spoke with our plumber before leaving. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided. Harlan C.
