I recently had a series of visits at this location, which is my PCP, to get things needed for a program I’m entering. Throughout the long process Dr. Saifullah, Kelly at the front desk, and a team of other people were extremely kind and continually went out of their way to make sure I had all of my things together. I am so grateful to everyone that helped!

The staff is amazing here. They have a great deal of patience to deal with all us crazy veterans of all ages. I've seen the front end staff deal with some crazy things and they do so very professionally. I feel for them sometimes. Dr. Santos is my general practice. She listens and makes sure to get me the care I need. Most of the time it's me dropping the ball and having to reschedule appts or referrals. I would recommend this location to anyone.

10 stars for the nurses and doctors. Negative 10 stars for the reception people. They are very rude to the veterans. If I was their manager I would take away all the receptionist chairs so that they have to stand and be more attentive. They constantly are chatting about their night or weekend plans. While I was there, the staff was yelling and getting excited because it was 4:00 pm, meaning they were almost off.. very rude while I am sitting there in pain... It surprises me that these people still have a job!!! They wouldn't make it in a real non-government job. This does not go for everyone, but it does fit for most.
