What a wonderful experience I had at Yonette's Beauty Den! I love how professional, warm, and welcoming her space is! I booked an appointment for eyebrow and upper lip waxing, and a dermaplaning facial. Yonette exhibited the utmost professionalism by ensuring I had no allergies or product sensitivities, and giving me a full explanation of what to expect and how the session would proceed - no surprises while I completely slipped into relaxation mode. Her touch is perfect, she is thorough in her work, her touch is perfect, and when it came to my eyebrows, it wasn't just a quick wax and move on - she was an artist, sculpting and perfecting the look, making sure they were even and there were no stray hairs. My skin was baby soft, and my eyebrows looked the best they ever have! I had concerns about facial waxing because in the past, my upper lip and eyebrow area would break out into pimples - I did them one or two times 20 years ago and then never tried it again. Yonette knew exactly why that happens and made sure to do it differently so I would not end up with the same result. I'm happy to report no breakouts occurred - it's been over 48 hours since my session, and no breakouts! We discussed my skincare routine; she liked that I love the products I use, and just offered one product that covers a base my current skin routine does not. It was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.
