Unbelievable!! We are new to palm Coast. I looked for a traditional dry cleaners to use, but could not find one, based on reviews we went here. We took in 2 covers from a couch to be cleaned. First they told my husband it would be a week to get them done. These were not large couch covers, approximately 4 foot by 2 foot. Surprising they called me 2 days later, and they were ready. When my husband went to pick them up, they charged us $84 dollars for the 2 covers!! My husband was understandably shocked, and said he thought that was pretty high. Keep in mind these covers have nothing special about them. They are simply fabric. They said, well that’s the price, take it or leave it. Of course we paid it, we needed the covers. My sister recently took in one couch cover that her dog had peed in, and was charged $9.00 dollars. What a rip off!!! I will never use this place again, and I would caution you to get the pricing upfront. For a fancy dress on their web page, they only charge $20. Can someone please explain this ridiculousness???

5 Stars doesn't even do TCC justice!!!! There are not enough words to describe how awesome Beth and James are! Beth went above and beyond to help me repair a defect on my wedding dress 6 days before my wedding! Beth and James are professional and top-notch!!!!! They are very quick to respond and genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet who just happen to deliver quality service! Their pricing is reasonable - if you are searching for a dry cleaner - look no further! Call James or Beth at TCC! You will not be disappointed! I won't go anywhere else or trust anyone else besides TCC with my dry cleaning and alterations! Special shout out to Beth! Thanks for your help - you totally rock!!!!!
