Our first experience with Pine Lakes Veterinary Hospital was during a very sad time, when we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our 17-year-old Labrador, Ebony.
Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and respectful. Under such difficult circumstances, we truly had the best experience possible. Ebony passed peacefully and without suffering, and we left feeling relieved and comforted by the care and love they showed us.
Recently, we welcomed two French Bulldog puppies - Phoebe & Brutus into our family, and they are now patients of Dr. Rosiek. He and his entire team have been amazing—extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable.

The staff at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital is caring and absolutely wonderful with my highly anxious dog, Shaylo. They know she is not happy getting her nails trimmed or coming in for a checkup. They are gentle, kind and caring with her at all times.
Everyone at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital treats my pets and me like we are part of the family. From the moment I arrived for this past visit until we left I felt my cat’s best interest was a top priority. She was handled well and the tech and vet treated her so kindly. Check out was a breeze and always with a smile.
