First time going to Pine Lakes Animal Hospital for grooming and I have to say I am very pleased with the groomer and receptionist staff. I didn’t get to meet any of the veterinarian doctors but I’m sure they are just as awesome. Thank you for caring for my fur babies with love and kindness and for your friendliness. ?

After calling many different vets with no luck, Pine Lakes Animal Hospital was able to get our cat in same day right away. the staff there are all wonderful! i definitely would recommend this place.

Recently my wife and I were in separate vehicles to meet up for dinner and happened to be on the same busy road with only a few vehicles between us. I noticed a kitten that had been hit in the middle of the road, and he was still alive. I saw a vehicle up ahead turning around and I knew by the car it was my wife. I turned around also, and at this point the kitten managed to get itself out of the road, but was in great pain and in serious condition on the shoulder.
