In all my 70 years, I never thought I would ever like yoga, especially hot yoga. The hot yoga lounge has been a godsend for me, it’s helped me so much with my flexibility, strength and relieving the pain from a pinched nerve in my lower back.All the instructors are so nice and so are the people that work out here.I highly recommend the hot yoga lounge!Thank you,Steve
My young daughter and I attended class (her kids yoga and I attended an adult class at the same time) and we both absolutely loved it! Great environment, everyone is friendly and my daughter had such a great time she keeps asking when we will go back. Really excellent!
I always practice yoga at Hot Yoga Lounge with my daughter in law when I'm in town and we ALWAYS have a fabulous experience! The atmosphere accepts and meets everyone where they are in their practice and yet Heather gently encourages us to step a little further outside of our comfort zone. Love this place!
