Overall I have been going here for at least 4-5 years and I can say that the dental hygienist currently there is the best. She is attentive and helpful. The front office has also improved with wait time to make appointments over the phone as they are becoming much more efficient. The check out experience has also improved. Overall I would recommend. This office isn’t flashy , doesn’t have the bells and whistle look but gets the job done. I have also had braces completed at this place and while the orthodontist care switched a few times , the last one was also better than previous. Just an FYI for emergencies. I called Greenburg to ask about a dental emergency and tooth pain I was in. I was told to walk in for an emergency when they called me after I inquired about an appt online. I went to leave work, and something told me to call them at this office, (Good thing I did) The dr left at 2:00 even though they close at 4:00. They do not stay there in case of dental emergencies like their call back service told me. I asked what the point of their after hours emergency service was if no dr was there. She told me she didn't know and they wouldn't be able to help until Monday.
My 3 year old broke her tooth and they worked with me quickly and politely to get everything handled. The two different dental assistants were very sweet with my daughter. My only complaint was I wanted to get myself scheduled for some work and was told they don’t accept MCNA Medicaid for adults even though they pop up for it under my coverage. :(
