I had an appointment March 12, 2024 for a shot and opted for anesthesia. I was charged $150 for the anesthesia. However, they could not administer it. I have called and called to get my refund as no one at the clinic would do it. After 5 calls to billing, I still haven't received my money. They would not connect me to a supervisor. Four of the 5 people I spoke with had heavy foreign accents. It was difficult communicating, as they had trouble understanding my Mid-Atlantic English.

the entire company is crazy. I get a day before confirmation call with a time that is completely different than what I had confirmed I call to ask I leave messages Gabrielle from the main office called back to tell me that she canceled my appointment and moved it out three more weeks away and that's not what I was asking for phone calls in one day to confirm a simple appointment

Called several times last 10 days . Sent to answering machine with no return call... No communication
