I recently had another professional massage done by Karen, and this is now my second session with her. As a professional painter who climbs tall ladders daily, works long hours in the Florida sun, and constantly uses my arms, shoulders, back, and joints, I can honestly say her treatments make a huge difference.

A lot of hardworking people spend money on things that don’t truly help their body heal or recover. After Karen works on me, I always feel more relaxed, looser, and in far less pain. Once you stop moving after a hard day of physical labor, all the soreness and tightness sets in — and Karen really knows how to work those knots and problem areas out.

Dr. Lugo really came through for me when I truly needed help the most. Tweaked my back at work and could barely walk and she came to my house and made my situation ten times better. Body healers is definitely the best at what they do. Dr. Lugo really does take away the pain and does do amazing work. I recommend her for all your needs when it comes to healing and pain management.
