Hard to get an appointment and they don’t answer generally very often. It’s better to go online and make an appointment and do your records. But the doctors are helpful and they listen.

Can't get my meds refills approved on time. Take more than a week and a few visits, but still no luck. Don't waist your time to call and leave messages for the doctor or the nurse, never call back or take action.

First and foremost, this office deserves an award for being the only doctor office in all of Flagler County that accepts Medicaid, so God bless y'all for that.However, it's not a great place. I originally praised the doctors and thought it was an administrative problem. My wife was a patient here, and after getting a second opinion, apparently, the medical care was pretty subpar.So if you go here, be an advocate for yourself and get 2nd opinions when you can, it's vitally important. Also keep in mind that this one office is the only option of seeing a doctor for thousands of people in our city, overwhelmed is an understatement.
