Not a call room or dispatch. Direct call to a technician (Dillon) that is concerned about your time. This is worth calling in the first place! I locked my keys in my truck with my spare set. I tried for hours and then called 911 keys, LLC. Dillon came out right after finishing a job quickly and had my truck open in very little time. I asked about a spare and got two keys cut and programmed cheaper than I thought it was going to be to unlock the truck. Very professional, courteous and worth a no hesitation call and be done. Go on your way and think that was not bad but turned out to be a great experience. Anything key or lock related that I can not fix I will not hesitate... read full review

I dealt with Dylan today when I locked my keys in my car at Publix in Palm Coast! He was there when he said he would be there and got right to work! I think he may have magic hands because the door opened for him without using any tools! I handed him my card because he had told me the cost when I called. He wouldn’t charge me even though I encouraged him to since he took the time and fuel to come to my assistance! This is my second encounter with 911 Keys and their response is always quick and the charges are reasonable! They will be my go to company for any future needs and I can’t thank Dylan enough for today!
