They came right out for a service call, diagnosed the problem and got back to me very quickly with a follow-up appointment. We wound up purchasing a new AC unit through them, showed us everything about the unit they were professional cleaned up everything I didn't have to lift a finger! So happy with our new unit
SFC was awesome! Our ac went out and we had to replace it however we had some issues arrive that delayed the process 10days and the house had so much humidity and hot for 10 days it was not good, I called SFC everyday and nothing was their fault it was logistics. SFC was right on it trying to get things worked out, it was not their fault.. but they were very courteous with me and all my calls of complaining and we finally got our unit in today. I am very happy to say the least and THANK YOU SFC for all your support and your install tech was GREAT !!!! THANK YOU
