We couldn’t be happier with our home completion by Rubin Customs homes! The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final reveal. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the process. The entire Rubins staff kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. Our new home exceeds our expectations, and we’re grateful to Rubin’s home’s for bringing our vision to life!

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the actual tradesmen they sent out to do our project were wonderful and very skilled. Outside of that I would never recommend this company. My simple project has been going on for over a year since we signed our contract and it’s still not complete. We had 3 impact windows installed that still have not had their final inspection or been capped. All attempts by myself and my husband to contact the office to get this project finalized have been ignored. I enjoyed working with Sarah at the beginning of our project, but she’s at the mercy of everyone else there and understandably can only do so much. Extremely disappointed...read full review

I hesitate to write this as I don’t want anyone to know just how stellar Rubin Custom Homes is. We have built a home and remodeled 2 homes before we worked with Rubin. All of those experiences were nightmares. Then Tiffany and Scott walked in to our home and everything changed. They are responsive, professional, honest, drama free, amazing people. I never recommended a prior contractor to our friends until now. We will use Rubin for all of our projects going forward. I feel secure and confident our projects will be completed on time, with communication and professionalism. Rubin Custom Homes should be your only stop when choosing a contractor.
