I've had my shutters for two weeks now, and I absolutely love them! Linda was fantastic—she measured my windows, guided me through all the options, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She even invited me to visit the showroom, where Evan, the owner’s son, gave me a wonderful tour of the manufacturing process. I was especially impressed that the entire team has been with the company since the beginning—an amazing testament to their work culture. Before purchasing, I did thorough research, comparing five estimates and visiting another showroom. Indian River Plantation stood out in every way—their quality is unmatched, and their service was exceptional from start to finish. They even helped me stay within budget. I highly recommend them! My shutters were just installed today and I am absolutely thrilled with them and with the whole process with Indian River Shutters. The experience was pleasurable from the original visit to the factory to the installation. The shutters are gorgeous and the quality is top notch! Everyone I encountered - Evan, Rosario, Jason, Kelly, and the ladies in the factory itself were friendly, professional, respectful, and obviously wanted to provide a quality product and experience.
