Our service tech did a clean, thorough job to remove our wall mounted on-demand water heater and install a gas water heater. A manager visited us at our request and explained part of the process. We have been using Du All for a few years now and trust we can count on their continued good service. BTW - Katie, who answers the phone, is always a pleasure to talk to and she is prompt to call back with information needed.
I had Mike come out to handle a plumbing issue at my house, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was punctual, professional, yet friendly, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had everything fixed in no time and left the workspace spotless. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Mike is the real deal. Highly recommend and will always use him for any future needs!
