Collin was awesome! I came in to check out the gorgeous Larkspur chandelier and coastal blue counter stools. Colin was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable… Also asked many questions and offered to look at photos of our home to ensure the products would be a good fit!
Absolutely loving our chandelier, thank you, Colin. You are absolutely an asset to Serena & Lilly and I hope they appreciate you!
Palm Beach, FL is extremely helpful in all of my Serena & Lily Purchases. Cindy, the manager, has helped me on more that one occasion. She's super friendly & very helpful on coordinating items. I just spoke with a member of a team, who gave me some insight into a purchase today using a gift card received as a gift in the mail.
I had an exceptional experience with Serena & Lily, and especially with Andrea at the Palm Beach store. From start to finish, Andrea truly understood my vision and helped bring it to life with incredible care and attention to detail. Her guidance, follow-through, and eye for design were outstanding every step of the way.
The end result is a beautiful home that my husband and I absolutely love. Every piece reflects top-notch quality, and the entire process—from selection to delivery—was seamless. I’m so grateful for this experience and look forward to being a Serena & Lily customer for years to come.
