Yesterday November 23 2024, in order to sell Stermtox eye serum for $350 (that supose to be $1500).They put on my boyfriend's a completely different product that give you a feeling like tighting the skin. Fake result for the real one overpriced.
The product is much cheaper online and doesn't work.
We lost $350.
Bad company...Horrible Store....Liers...Thief's

Making an appointment was easy, they called the day prior to confirm. I arrived to a very clean and well lit salon. I received an extremely relaxing and detoxifying facial from Lindsay. The experience was very pleasant, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I was looking forward to my appointment at Le Visage Swiss Heritage but unfortunately customer service and treatment was far below my expectations.I called the salon to let them know ahead of time that I will be 15 minutes late but nobody picked up the phone. Then later I was told there is no missed calls and the treatment time will be shorter because its my fault. Ok...Next was broken air condition, don't forget we are in FL. No one ever called me to ask if I would like to reschedule appointment. All they suggested is not using the steam during the procedure.
