I bought a $5000 shed And sales clerk told me that the bow in the door would come out when it was leveled correctly. After waiting 2 weeks and arranging time off from work and driving over seventy miles to my property here in Interlochen my brand new shed got here and was improperly set up after slamming into a stump. After I heard the big bang I walked over to the shed. I could see metal shutter was dented and after they installed the hurricane ties incorrectly correctly. Apparently according to the other guy that came From shed From shed movers the guy was getting fired anyway. They said oh, the damage underneath to the floor Joyce was because of somebody moving it on the lot with a forklift busted the bottom beam And the door never closed correctly and it was bucked. I was so upset I called my Sales girl, she said. Oh, you have to go right on To the website. And file a complaint for somebody to come out. What kind of customer service is this soon as they take your money? They don't want to come out and fix it. I waited 2 more weeks. They got it leveled fixed the shutter but I still got A damaged shed not a new shed that I paid for. After Is getting the runaround again I was told to call the factory in Jacksonville I'm told that l need an assessment next. They could at least knock $500 off. For all the aggravation, the broken beam underneath the buckled corner I've never had such terrible service. There's nothing superior about this company. :(
I spoke with Brenda months ago on the phone and she was so nice and helpful that when my husband and I were ready to buy I told him we have to go to Superior Sheds. Her customer service is awesome and she was very informative. I would definitely recommend superior sheds in palates.
