We needed touch up paint for all the cabinetry in our home, which was built in 2017 and originally the builder's personal home. We bought it in 2022. Smith Products did all the custom cabinetry in the kitchen & 4 bathrooms. All of it is gorgeous but had some wear. Both Leigh & Todd were so helpful in preparing a complete paint & stain kit for us. They really stand behind their products. Highly recommend them!
Todd was terrific in helping with my unique project, taking an old tower cabinet and creating a new opening to fit our new oven. The new cabinet was a perfect fit. Communication was excellent.
They did our cabinets about 5 yrs ago , we had an issue with color on kitchen cabinets, they came out promptly, no questions asked removed cabinets and corrected issue. Then ..... 5 yrs later called for some of the stain to touch up and a new self closing hinge as 1 had failed, again no questions asked sent what I requested . I asked about a bill and much to my surprise, no charge.
So refreshing to work with a company that does stuff the old fashion way. Puts service before a buck!!!
