This is the second time I have use Specialty Home Inspections. John is very nice and very knowledgeable. John fills out the form quickly and gets them to you fast. John takes many pictures also so there is no questions about the reports. Thank you John.
I have used John Ellis several times for inspections. He was able to do the inspection right away. John is very pleasant, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable and professional. John was very professional, and help this disabled veteran and getting the best price possible for my inspection! He did it in a manner that was efficient monetarily wise.Also, the inspection was very thorough and help me save quite a bit of money on my insurance costs. And in Florida you know what insurance cost are!My insurance was cut by two thirds With the four-point inspection! I definitely take my hat off to this gentleman and his company!
