The staff is outstanding, friendly, and caring, making patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments. Dr. Reed, along with his dedicated team, is extremely professional and knowledgeable, focusing on customer service. The hygienist and technicians, including Ms. Miranda and Ms. Katie, are skilled and thorough in their work, providing excellent cleaning services. The practice accepts various insurance plans, including Florida Blue Advantage PPO Medicare, making it a convenient option for patients. While punctuality might be an area for improvement, overall, patients highly recommend Pace Dental Care for its comfortable and caring dental treatment. The front desk staff is welcoming, and many appreciate the fact that it is locally owned and operated, avoiding the impersonal feel of large chains.
Dental hygienist, Melanie, was very personable, thorough, and caring. It seems as though the scheduler overbooked her for my 60 minute scheduled time. She made sure that the patient scheduled 30 minutes after me, was taken care of.
The office made sure that I was aware of my treatment plan and cost.
Everyone at the office was so nice and accommodating.
Very family friendly and affordable!! They’re awesome! We had an incredible experience at Pace Dental. I established care for myself and 8yr old son. He is on the spectrum, and I let them know ahead of time that he may react differently. Y’all, they walked in and were so wonderful and handled it like the pros they are. Rhett was laughing and completed the full exam and cleaning. We’ve never been able to do X-rays with another clinic or even the entire exam process, and he rolled with all of it. Pace Dental Care has been fantastic! I avoided dental care for two years, so I was admittedly very nervous being seen. After struggling to find someone who could see me on short notice, I went to Pace Dental Care a couple weeks ago for an emergency wisdom tooth impaction/infection extraction and the extraction went great. They saw me immediately, I had no complications, and Dr. Ilia did a fantastic job! Painless, professional, and kind. Their service was so great that I went back after a couple of weeks for an exam and cleaning to get my dental care back on track entirely. Andrea, Diana, and Dr. Ilia were all amazing.
