“This is my first review of a company, but I felt compelled to do so after my excellent service from Ladybug Landscaping. David and his team are extremely professional and I will be using them again in the near future. I hired Ladybug to replace broken underground sprinkling water lines after an underground pool installation. David found two issues-a cut electrical line and another broken water line due to the gas company burying the gas line on top of the underground sprinkling water line. His honesty about these issues and his costs to fix are why I’m writing this review. And they're very thorough. When they discovered a minor drainage issue with the grade of my patio, they stopped working, came up with a plan and resolved it before continuing. “Thank you for making our garden look so beautiful. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the excellent customer service we experienced. After our initial inquiry Mr. Mitchell stopped by our house that day to give us a thorough explanation along with some recommendations for our garden. He followed up the next day with our quote and a detailed picture using some cool technology to give us a picture of what the garden would look like. We got booked two days later and the two men who performed the work were super polite and great at their job. Our garden looks fantastic and we are very happy!
