We contacted him during a very difficult time in our family life to quickly perform extensive remodeling of my mother's house. He not only repaired what a previous company had done incorrectly, but he went above and beyond to make sure every project was expertly done and completed in the time frame we needed it. When it switched from being a remodel to get my mother back living in the home to putting it on the market, he quickly redeveloped his plans and went to work with no complaints.
