I've been wearing progressive lenses forever and am very comfortable with them. I needed an exam and possibly new glasses and went here because it is close. The exam experience was great but honestly, the new glasses were terrible. I could see better without them. After some trial and error, we started over. The second set were very good. I wore them for a few months and the frames broke. I went in not sure exactly what to expect. Jamie was very helpful. First, she warrantied the frames and said she would order me a new pair of glasses. Outstanding experience at Gulf Coast Vision Center, specifically with Jamie. She took a lot of time and patience assisting me with my new frames. I have only been wearing glasses for a few years now, never felt like I quite had the right fit, but being fairly new to glasses just thought this is how it is. Jamie immediately identified how significantly incorrect my old frames were fitted to me. Once my new frames arrived, she was very thorough ensuring I have the proper fit, as well as providing some much needed patient education on how transitions should be used.Thank you Jamie, this office is lucky to have you.

I really, really like this office and staff. I’ve had to go a few weeks in a row due to some eye pain. It seems they’ve done all they can and referred me to an ophthalmologist. They seem to do thorough exams and I feel like I got the right new eyeglass prescription. I really liked the woman that fit me for my new glasses as well and feel comfortable asking questions and bringing up any concerns. Great office, so glad it’s so close to my home!
