Dr. Brooks is nice and does a thorough job. The office manager is abrasive and forceful and condescending. I left there in tears today and my insurance representative consoled me and then called me back to check on me and give me more details about my coverage. I was right about my coverage, but the manager refused to listen. It turned out that she was wrong about who she should have called to check on my benefits. I will never go back to this place because she does not know how to treat customers...I felt so beat up on.

I have been a client there for a couple years and have found my overall health to be improving but do not like the way the Office Manager scrutinizes every detail of your care. Having a PRIVATE paid health insurance card was not the norm so I was made to feel my health care coverage was below par from what they were use to or knew how to handle. I do not have MEDICAID, MEDICARE, or WORKMAN"S COMP. I am an independently self paying client who pays privately for their health care. Every single visit I was asked if my "$7500 deductible was met" outloud in front of other clients. Not only is this is a violation of my personal rights as a client but extremely embarassing and uprofessional. I have discontinued my visits there because on my last few visits I had to constantly remind them to check my hips. I was having numbness and tingling and knew they needed attention. My last visit when I was a few minutes late I was told I needed to be mindful of my time and talked down to like I was 5 years old. If this is how the STAFF want to treat cash paying clients after years of service this is not the place I want to frequent any longer.
