However, there are some concerns, such as moderate wait times and occasional lab errors. While most visits are positive, some patients have reported feeling rushed and experiencing communication barriers. Overall, Baptist Medical Park remains a reliable and welcoming destination for healthcare needs.
I have been with several of the therapists during my knee replacement program and they have all been wonderful. Victor and Erin have especially gone over and above to help with my recovery. Going to miss them.
The entire team at Pace Lab was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were kind, patient, and so compassionate, especially when working with such a little one. Rachel and Jess truly deserve special recognition. They went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel calm and manageable, and their care did not go unnoticed. They explained everything and set clear expectations. Highly recommend Pace Lab and their wonderful team.
