Always so kind and never rude. You can tell its not just a job to them, they truly care about the animals. Always super informative, which I appreciate. They are always on time with my appointment and don't rush me out. Doctors and techs are always very attentive. I will definitely continue using them.
I want to emphasize how compassionate and patient they are during the hardest times with my fur babies and it really means alot
