I’m in the middle of getting four billion quotes to repair all manner of things on my 38 year old house that the previous owners neglected to take care of, my home Inspector didn’t think to mention, and I don’t feel confident enough to DIY. Suffice to say, I’m tired. With that being said, I needed some hose bibs added outside and I have next to zero plumbing experience. Needed a garbage disposal installed. Paid ~$380 for the labor. The customer service was excellent; from the original phone call, communication on the day of service and the guys were clean, polite and knowledgeable about their profession. Sometimes you get what you pay for and I like that security.
I guess I lucked out lol. About a year and half ago, I needed my water heater replumbed and up to code. The gentlemen at the time Dustin Perry, was the technician. I really don’t have any issues to complain about other than price… everything is costly. This was a small issue compared to the larger issue I had with having to replumb my whole house due to PEX piping issues. Dustin was great, very polite and answered all my questions. At the time of the repair the company was fine.
