i was on lunch one day and i needed my apple watch strap adjusted because it was too big on my wrist and i called another jeweler across the street from my job and asked how much it cost to adjust it and they said 10 dollars over the phone and i drove there on my break. i was about to pay the lady and give her my watch and she said “it might about two days” and i asked why when it could take a few seconds and she said she couldnt tell me why and it could be by the end of the day so i left afterwards. then i called here and a lady picked up the phone and said she could do it within a few minutes! i drove there quickly and i went upstairs and she did it within seconds!...read full review
