The staff, including knowledgeable and patient individuals like Derrick and Bella, provide helpful service and answer gardening questions thoroughly. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices, friendly service, and the extra offerings like a gift center, scavenger hunts for kids, and monthly free classes. Many have found the installation service prompt and courteous, with staff like Kelvin, Miguel, and Luis working hard to transform yards efficiently. Customers have expressed happiness with their choices in landscapers and look forward to returning to browse through the nursery again.
Rebecca was the most helpful and cheerful person to work with? She walked us through plant selections and even called us back to come and get the plants we wanted when they arrived a week later. That’s customer service that’s hard to find nowadays. Thank you Rebecca!!!! Three thumbs up!!!!
