They went way beyond to help me. I had sisters of rectinol detachment but needed to see a Dr today to make sure. And been trying since getting a Dr for eye care. Everyone said no one will take my Medicare Humana plan and they worked me in and Dr gave me through exam and now going to be my Doctor and recommend another eye Dr for regular care too. I was sitting on the road crying because no one would see me and if detachment then would need surgery to not be blind. The front office to Dr were all so caring and made sure got care needed
I love this practice. It is a comfort to know they are there for me as my retinal specialists day or night. I will miss seeing Dr. Patel as he is moving out of my area to the Clermont office. Have confidence that the group is well staffed with fabulous Doctors. You can rest at night knowing they are there for us.
Practice location in Oxford is well run. Supporting staff, technicians and Dr.Berger are all cordial, professional and do their job very well. I have a lot of confidence in all when I am there.
